Refund policy

Refunds/ Exchange (if applicable) 

Our store policy states that We do not offer Refund for any reason. We only offer size exchanges on items that does not fit. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you must reach out to IndiEliani@yahoo.com within 48 hours after you receive your item. If you are sending any items back for an exchange, please do it in a timely manner. The item as to be sent within 72 hours that you received it. If you are sending an item back for size exchange please notify us to verify the address and to provide tracking number so we can be aware of the changes to be made.
If you receive a faulty or destroyed item please email us
 NO later than 48 hours after receiving your package with a picture of the item. We will replace all faulty or destroyed items that are sent back within 72 hours of delivery. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for  exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
