If your item is available we will ship it immediately the next 1-2 business day . However if the item is not in stock your item will take 4-5 business days. Pre orders items take up to two weeks. 

PICK UPS:

If you select pick up at check out, in the notes section PLEASE include your email and contact number. We must have a way to contact you. Pick up hours are from 12pm-9pm . You must let us know an hour before your arrival.

If you’re looking to exchange your order, we offer size exchange. We are not offering returns or refunds at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you must reach out to elysiandboutique@yahoo.com within 48-72 hours after you receive your item. If you receive a faulty or destroyed items please email us NO later than 48-72 hours after receiving your package with a picture of the item. DO NOT SELECT PICK UP IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM TO BE SHIPPED.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items returned for exchange must still have tags on them and be returned in original packaging.
  • Items returned for exchange must have no visible signs of wear or use.
